Preventative Services - 100% Coverage
Effective July 1, 2011 the Plan is required to provide all insured members/dependents 100% coverage for preventative services for non-granfathered group health plans due to (PPACA). This change impacts the Plan on July 1, 2011. Click on the link to view preventative services covered @ 100% for you and your dependents.
